Hexadex Limited - is a privately owned Group holding company. Its role is to nurture the growth of each subsidiary, and acquire new businesses which are either complementary to its existing activities, or where it can use its core expertise to add value.

Our Vision and Values
Hexadex and its subsidiaries aspire to be exceptional companies, where :

  • Our customers are enthused with our products and service, which are provided at a fair price and to a consistently good quality.
  • Our ethos fosters consensus, integrity, courtesy and humour, and promotes enthusiasm, innovation, continuous improvement and the elimination of waste.
  • Our people are well motivated and rewarded, encouraged to develop, have a clear sense of direction and are willing to embrace the Company ethos.
  • Our direction, whilst being financially prudent, is innovative, imaginative, has genuine concern for the interests of all stakeholders, and aims to achieve a lasting and prosperous future.

Our Subsidiaries
Hexadex has three manufacturing subsidiaries, Eminox and Teconnex in the UK, and Swenox in Sweden.

Eminox Ltd - The company is a major European manufacturer of purpose-designed stainless steel exhaust systems and emissions control devices for heavy duty internal combustion engines.

Eminox has a collaborative agreement with Johnson Matthey (JM), the leading supplier of autocatalysts. The combined expertise resulted in the development of the ingenious market-leading CRT® (Continuously Regenerating Trap) which virtually eliminates some major pollutants in diesel exhaust. THE CRT® system has been successfully deployed in major retrofit programmes across European cities, and has also been adopted by the major truck and bus OEMs as a solution to meet the stringent European emissions legislation.

Swenox AB - In November 2001, Hexadex acquired the Swedish company Raufoss Engineering AB (REAB) from its Norwegian owners. The company is a supplier of line-fit exhaust systems to European truck and bus OEMs, with a manufacturing plant in Nyköping and a Technical Centre in Gothenburg. It has been renamed Swenox AB, to reflect its Swedish roots and its new parentage.

There is much synergy between Eminox and Swenox. Eminox brings specialist knowledge of diesel exhaust aftertreatment and extensive experience in serving the aftermarket and optional line-fit market. Swenox has OEM-oriented capabilities in high volume production, technical design and analysis. Together, these two companies form the "Exhaust Division" of Hexadex.

Teconnex Ltd - The company is a leading manufacturer of purpose designed stainless steel Vee Retainer Clamps and T-Bolt Band Clamps which are used throughout many industries.

In addition to diesel engine and commercial vehicle manufacturers, Teconnex also supplies the chemical, pharmaceutical, food processing, water treatment, industrial, aerospace and nuclear research markets.
